Can I return products to the Los Angeles lab, and what is the process for replacements?Updated a year ago

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns at our Los Angeles lab due to the specialized airless and light-free manufacturing environment. Products returned to the lab cannot be processed and will be disposed of. However, we do offer replacements for damaged or defective products. If you receive a broken item, please report it to our Client Services team within 10 days of delivery. Replacements for malfunctions occurring within the first 60 days are provided on a case-by-case basis. To contact our Client Services team, please email [email protected].
