We do not offer full refunds except within our 60-day trial guarantee. In the case of damaged or incomplete shipments where a replacement is not necessary, we apply cash discounts. Any applicable credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, a process that may take up to 10 days, depending on your payment service.
