How do I resolve issues with the serum pump that won't dispense product?Updated a year ago

If your serum pump is not dispensing product, it is recommended to prime the pump first. This is sometimes necessary, especially after rough shipping which could introduce air bubbles that hinder the pump's functionality. Here's what you can do:

  • Hold the bottle upright.
  • Pump the dispenser 5 to 10 times to prime it.
  • You might need to do this a couple of times to ensure the air bubbles are cleared.

In case this doesn't solve the problem, please provide us with your order number and clear photos of the front and back of the bottle. A replacement can be arranged for malfunctioning pumps.
